2024-2025 INDOOR CLUB SEASON TRYOUTS Dates!

Junior Girls (14 & Under) - November 10th, 2024 from 8am-12pm (doors open at 7:15am and check-in starts at 7:30am)

Junior Girls (15 & Older) - November 17th, 2024 from 8am-12pm (doors open at 7:15am and check-in starts at 7:30am)

Location - All Eugene Tryouts will be held at Willamette High School (directions to facility located HERE)

What you'll need for tryouts

1. Athletes – get your CEVA "Tryout Membership" before you come to tryouts.  Please use this link to get your membership: https://www.cevaregion.org/membership . Download your membership card to your phone for easy accessibility or print your tryout membership as proof.  When you make a team, coaches will provide you a link to upgrade your tryout membership to a "Full-Season Membership". 
   NOTE: The fee you pay to a club to tryout is different than purchasing your CEVA membership. These are two separate things, and the CEVA membership can be done ahead of time using the link above.
2. When your daughter or son makes a team then be prepared to put down a non-refundable deposit.  We accept Cash/Check, Venmo/Paypal (transaction fee apply for these services).  Please refer to our "Cost" page for the respective team deposit amount. 
3. Print out a medical release form, fill it out, and have it ready to bring to tryouts.  Link to the form located HERE. 
4. Athletes & families – Please read the CEVA Letter of Commitment ( Documents page) and understand what you’re going to be asked to sign if you commit to a team.

6. Pack plenty of water, some snacks, bring a great attitude and your "A" game.
