Please NOTE: Deposits are non-refundable and due during tryouts when your daughter or son is accepted on a team during signing.

Travel teams indicated by ** above (1-2 flyaway tournaments): 

  • Athletes that make the above listed teams will require additional AAU Membership here: https://play.aausports.org/ Please choose NWAS Volleyball Club as your club during registration.  Note, this is different from the USAV/CEVA membership. This is not included in your club dues and is required to play in AAU tournaments, ex: Hawaii, Arizona, etc..
  • NWAS will provide a Chaperone for traveling teams if one is needed for athletes that are traveling without their parents/guardians.  

Power League Schedule for all Girls/Boys teams:

USAV Nationals:

  • If a team qualifiers for USAV Junior Nationals.  The team must accept the bid and extra charges will apply to extend their season. This includes, coaches travel/stipend, extra practices, insurance, etc...
  • If an athlete can not attend then the club will use one from another team that is within the age requirement. 

*** Tournaments are subject to change due to weather, hosting changes, COVID, etc... We will do our best to notify you as soon as we know. 

Team fee includes:

  1. Tournaments, power leagues, regionals (visit each team page for schedules)
  2. Coaches stipend + travel
  3. Gym rentals
  4. If a team has a "+hudl" next to the name, this will include a team hudl account for all the athletes.  Hudl is a platform to help athletes/teams analyze, develop, and promote their recruiting journey.  More details on hudl can be found here: https://www.hudl.com/solutions/club/volleyball 
  5. Uniforms - Players keep all their gear at the end of season: 
    • 3 jerseys
    • 1 Arm Sleeve
    • 1 Spandex (girls) / 1 Shorts (boys)
    • Knee pads
    • Warm-up apparel (1 tshirt, 1 long sleeve)
    • Jacket or Hoodie
    • Sweatpants
    • Backpacks
  6. Practices:
    • Estimated 42 (girls) - 48 (boys) practices
    • Practices are twice a week for 2 hours a day (extra practices at no extra charge)
    • Practice starts the week after tryouts till the last tournament of season.
  7. MISC and club cost, insurance, administration, etc...
  8. Boy's Season ends after the Boarder Smackdown tournament
  9. Girl's Season ends after CEVA Regionals or Mothers Day weekend as a makeup tournament.

(Fees DO NOT include: shoes, socks, flights, hotels, USAV Nationals fees and travel cost)
